Free yoga? Need we say more? Mayor Menino is promoting his new Boston Moves for Health initiative, featuring free fitness programs to include yoga and Boot Camp classes. Let?s hope the rain stops long enough so you don?t need to pack your parka or wear a snorkel mask. DDR will be live at some of the events. Class times and details to come.
